HENRY'S HORSERADISH MUSTARD

Henry's Horseradish Mustard is a homemade dark, sweet mustard with the added tang horseradish. Produced from a recipe that comes from our cheese maker’s grandfather, and is made with coarsely ground mustard seed mixed with fresh garden horseradish.

This mustard pairs well with Mountain Valley Sharp Cheddar; Mountain Meadow Mild Cheddar; Old German Weissa Kase; Mountain Home Woodsmoked Cheddar; Der Vauden Swiss.

Like our jellies and other condiments, Henry’s Horseradish Mustard is inspected by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

Color → Brown mustard

Texture → Coarse, Spreadable
Flavor → Sharp, but not overly spicy
Cheese pairings → Mountain Valley Sharp Cheddar; Mountain Meadow Mild Cheddar; Old German Weissa Kase; Mountain Home Woodsmoked Cheddar; Der Vauden Swiss
Presentation → 4 oz. jar, 4 oz case (12 jars) and 1 quart jar
