THROAT SOOTHE TEA

Botanical Ingredients: Marshmallow root, Wild Cherry bark, Fennel seed, Licorice root, Orange peel, Ginger rhizome, Lemon peel, Cinnamon bark. 4oz.

Suggested Use: Directions: Add 1 rounded tablespoon herbs to 2 cups cold water. Allow to sit 5-30 minutes. Heat to almost boiling. Let sit, covered for 15-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a large mug or glass jar. Naturally sweetened with licorice root, no additional sweetener necessary.

*Warning: Licorice can cause retention of sodium and depletion of potassium and worsen high blood pressure. To avoid potassium depletion eat a diet high in potassium (leafy greens and green vegetables).
